GIMP test

So I've got a new computer. Finally.
(And I'm not in North Norway yet, sorry. But I'll most probably have Internet while I'm there).
That's a lot of new things to get used to, (Windows Vista hates me) including inability to use Photoshop, as the only legal version of PS I have is Elements 2. The fact that I used PSE 7 was due to a computer clock that didn't work. I don't wanna buy a real version of PSE7 (or CS-whatever), because I've just used almost all my money on the computer, so I decided to start using the GIMP.

This is one of the first things I did in GIMP, using the default brushes Pencil Sketch and Sparks. Well, not exactly the first thing I did, the first was playing with the Sparks brush going "Ooooohhhh.... Aaaaahhhh....".. But it's the first actual painting I did in GIMP.
